Meet the farmers!

Having lived and worked in very remote parts of this world, Ron & I, Felicitas, have come to learn how different cultures thrive within their means and with subsistence growing methods.

On our return to Canada in 2018, we both felt the urge to follow what we had experienced and began farming microgreens on our homestead, initially for our use. We so loved it and thought that we could scale our growing area to be able to service clients in our region who would equally enjoy and appreciate the product.

Today, we are providing you with an assortment of microgreens that are local, healthy and fresh 365 days a year and will deliver to home tables and restaurants within hours of harvest.

Microgreens contain critical vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibre and protein. So super boost your salads, sandwiches, stews, soups, and more!

We take care of our microgreens in that they are grown sustainably with organic practices in mind. We enjoy sharing this with our Community not as a luxury but as an affordable, healthy product.
